Building Two consists of three (3) first floor commercial units, ten (10) one-bedroom units, three (3) one plus bedroom units, and ten (10) two-bedroom units. Crowell Engineering, of 981 Long Pond Road, Plymouth, MA 02360 prepared the engineering plans.

A mixed-use development consisting of 109 residential dwelling units, consisting of 84 one (1) bedroom units and 25 two (2) bedroom units, constructed on four floors with approximately 3,141 square feet of commercial space on the lower level which is located in the Crawford Square Business District (CSBD). Jerome Dixon, Architects Studio 1, of 630 Park Street, Stoughton, MA 02072 created the architectural design and renderings. Farland Corp., of 401 Community Street, New Bedford, MA 02740 prepared the engineering plans.

This development consists of a four-story mixed-use building with twenty-eight (28) condominium units and 1,140 square feet of retail space located on the first level with off-street parking provided and located in the Village Center Overlay District (VCOD) in the Weymouth Landing area. Context, a collaborative design workshop, of 1 Ludlow Street, Boston, MA 02129 created the architectural design in keeping with the character of the streetscape.
